If you use the booking form or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, email, phone number, event date, location, guest count, and notes. If you email or call us, we keep the details you send so we can reply.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver events, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.
WhatsApp and email
Booking requests currently open a WhatsApp message to +966 57 043 7755. Email to sales@beatboxme.com is received in our existing business inbox. Those services have their own privacy terms.
Map and cookies
The contact map loads map tiles from a third-party map provider. The site may store a language and theme preference in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers on this site today.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry details as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete or archive them when they are no longer required.
